We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2.1 Contract Formation

2.1.1  You can order products on the website by following the instructions on the screen after clicking on the product you are interested in. You can check and correct errors entered in your order until the stage where you submit your order by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the "Payment Details" page. You will not be able to change or modify your order after this step.

2.1.2 Upon submission, your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from the Company. A binding contract between you and the Company is formed only upon the Company's email confirmation of your order, which will specify your order number and provide a summary of your order details.

2.1.3 The company may refuse or cancel any order and limit the quantity of orders at its sole discretion. The company may refuse to accept your order in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever. The company will not be liable to you or any other person in the event of an order cancellation. After the cancellation of such order in whole or in part, the company will refund the money you paid to the company for the cancelled order as specified in this agreement and terms.

2.1.4 The Company may be unable to process your order in the following circumstances:

2.2 Pricing and Payment

2.2.1 Product prices are displayed on the website. Product images and packaging or containers are for illustrative  advertising purposes only.

2.2.2 All product prices are listed in Thai baht (THB), inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) and other charges, but excluding shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added to the total amount payable.

2.2.3 The Company will not be able to process your order until you have successfully paid the full amount. Payment can be made using debit or credit cards, QR code transfer/ PromptPay, or other methods that the company may specify in the future. Please fill in the relevant details on the "Payment" page. You will be responsible for paying any fees, exchange rate differences, or other bank charges that may be incurred.

2.2.4 The company reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice. You must read and understand the payment terms before placing any order on the website.

2.2.5 Users agree not to cancel payments after order placement, except in cases of non-compliance with terms or non-delivery of products.

2.2.6 Prices, product listings, and promotions displayed on the website apply exclusively to orders placed through the Destinare Thailand website and may differ from those in physical stores.

 

2.3 Product Order and Delivery

Ordering Products

2.3.1 Upon product selection through our shop, the website will display the total cost, inclusive of taxes (if applicable) and relevant shipping fees.

2.3.2 You can pay through credit cards, debit cards, and PromptPay QR code transfer or other methods that the company may provide in the future.

2.3.3 When you submit your order on the website, you agree to accept and comply with the current terms and conditions as of the date you submit your order. You are responsible for checking the latest terms and conditions every time you make an order.

2.3.4 We reserve the right to change the terms, product list, prices, promotional items, delivery areas, and delivery times without prior notice.

 

Product Delivery

2.3.5 The Company offers nationwide delivery within Thailand (excluding international delivery) at a flat fee of 60 Baht per domestic order. There is no minimum order amount for each delivery.

2.3.6 In general, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of your order. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can check the status of your package. Therefore, you can expect to receive your items within 3-7 business days from the date the company ships the items. This depends on the distance of the delivery location.

2.3.7 The company will deliver the items to the shipping address that you provide and indicate in the order form. Therefore, providing accurate shipping information is important to avoid delays or shipping problems. Please make sure that the shipping address that you provide in the order process is complete and accurate. You must notify the company immediately if there are any changes to the shipping address. In addition, the company recommends that you or your representative be prepared to receive the items at the specified address.

2.3.8 Orders are typically delivered by the Company's designated delivery service providers, such as Thailand Post (EMS) and Kerry Express, which are reputable transportation services providers. We are committed to providing a reliable delivery service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our standard delivery days are every Monday and Thursday at 2:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

2.3.9 Upon dispatch of your ordered products, a tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience in monitoring the package's status. Should you have any inquiries about the delivery, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

2.3.10 Upon receipt of delivered products, customers are required to provide a signature and conduct an immediate inspection for any potential damage or defects. The company shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred after delivery to customers who have expressly requested that items be left outside their residences. 2.3.11 Customers are advised to refuse to sign any products with packaging that appears to have been tampered with and to promptly inform customer service. In cases of package damage or loss during transportation, customers are urged to contact customer service immediately to initiate an investigation and seek an appropriate resolution.

2.3.12 While the company strives to deliver products within the estimated timeframes provided, it cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as specified in the order. The company shall not be held liable for any losses, liabilities, damages, handling fees, or expenses resulting from delayed delivery to the extent permitted by law.

2.3.13 If no one is available to receive the delivered products, or if the products are not received from the delivery service provider, or if the delivery address provided is incorrect, the delivery will be returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt. We will contact you to arrange for a re-delivery, and additional shipping charges may apply in this case.

2.3.14 In the event that delivery or receipt of the goods is delayed due to your unreasonable refusal to accept the goods, or if no one receives the goods that are delivered or picked up by the shipping provider, the company may take one or both of the following actions: charge you a storage fee and other costs incurred at the discretion of the company, or the goods will be unable to be delivered to you or you will be unable to pick up the goods again, and the company will notify you that the company has immediately canceled your order. In this case, the company will refund the cost of the goods that you paid to the company in accordance with your payment method but will deduct the company's handling costs at the discretion of the company (including the cost of attempting to re-deliver the goods, returning the goods, and storage fees.

 

2.4 Risk and Transfer of ownership

2.4.1 Upon delivery of the products, all responsibility for its loss, damage, or destruction transfers to you, the customer. The company shall not be held liable for any such occurrences after delivery, except in cases where: The products are damaged or defective upon arrival or the delivery service provider delivers the incorrect products.

2.4.2 Ownership of the products is transferred to you either at the time of delivery or upon the company's receipt of full payment for the products, whichever event occurs later.

  4. If your order has already shipped, we will proceed according to our product return and refund policy.

 

3.2 Product Return and Refund

In cases where the products have been delivered, if you wish to return the products and request a refund, the conditions are as follows:

  3. The company reserves the right to reject the opened or used products. We do not assume responsibility for any loss, liability, cost, damage, fees, or expenses incurred by you as a result.
  4. If customers have concerns regarding allergic reactions, it is recommended to consult with the company about their skin condition in detail before use. Alternatively, customers can send current facial photos to our team for analysis, enabling us to recommend suitable products.
  5. In case customers experience allergic reactions after using our products, they must notify our customer service at info@destinarethailand.com within 7 days, but not exceeding 14 days from the product delivery date. The notification should include details and documentation from a certified dermatologist clearly specifying the allergic reaction to our products. All refund requests are subject to case-by-case consideration and the company's approval.

 

3.2.2 Conditions and Procedures for Product Return and Refund

  1. Customers must submit a product return request within 14 days from the order date by contacting our customer service at info@destinarethailand.com, included with order details and the reasons for the return. The product must be in perfect condition, undamaged, unused, and unopened.
  2. Upon approval of your product return request, you will receive instructions for returning the product to the company. If users wish to return the product, they are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to defects, damages, or other issues for which the company is liable, included with the original receipt or purchase confirmation when returning the product.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund request.
  4. The company reserves the right to reject product returns or refunds, subject to discretionary approval. The Company will not be liable for any loss, liability, damage, or expenses resulting from the rejection.
  5. If your refund request is approved, the company will refund the product cost based on the price you paid at the time of the order. Products with discounted prices or promotions may be subject to the same refund conditions as regular-priced products. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
